[✶] you are required to let me know if you prefer to pay upfront or after confirmation of sketch.
[✶] i have complete ownership over the artwork unless you pay an extra fee.
[✶] I am entitled to post the commissioned artwork online (unless stated otherwise) and in my portfolio as well.
[✶] You may upload the commissioned artwork online as long as you remember to tag the artist (me)
[✶] commissioned artworks intended for commercial use will require you to pay 2x the price.
[✶] Do not claim the artwork as your own.
[✶] please do not resell the artwork, and do not subject it to AI prompting. NFT is also strictly prohibited.
[✶] refunding will not be allowed after artist has begun working.
[✶] i am entitled to decline your commission for any reason.
[✶] you are required to send a clear reference otherwise there will be many questions asked from the artist.[<3] client will be sent constant updates!! :3 please let the artist know how frequent you would prefer the updates to be!

[✶] revisions are unlimited for as long as we're still in the sketching stage.
[✶] revisions after sketch/lineart has been done will limit up to 3. upon reaching the limit of revisions, you must pay a 50php/2usd fee for the following revisions.
[+] notes about the artist (you may disregard @!!)
[✶] the artist can sometimes overwork himself and will be futile to remind him to take his time.
[✶] the artist does not mind having you yap about your characters; they are intrigued by your characters and stories-- may implement certain details you tell them into the artwork somehow.
[✶] the artist does not mind socializing with the client, but please keep your tone to a minimum because the artist has difficulty keeping up with high and chaotic energy.
[✶] please refrain from bringing up nsfw topics (mainly sexual) for any reasons.
